In the frame was an elf, but not just any elf; his skin sparkled like the night sky. Tiny points of light glowed like the pinpricks of faraway starlight, though his skin lightened from deepest royal purple to powder blue as it moved from his shoulders to his three-fingered hands in an ombre effect. Even the sclera of his eyes was deep royal purple surrounding the brass of his pupils. There were also stars spangling his cheeks like freckles. The robes that he was now wearing no longer covered the symbol of the darkened star on his chest. But aside from his robes, his hair was white and fell long and free down his back. It did not cover his pointed ears, but he also had a pair of horns that curled back from his brow artfully.

"While this little machine is a clever piece of human technology, I want to see if I can add to it. It seems to me that a function that would let you see a miniature of the person that you want to speak with should be possible by simply adding some illusion magic.
